I’m Chris Finerty, a retired Major General with over three decades of service across the Air Force, National Guard, and Pentagon leadership. Throughout my career, I focused on building strong teams, navigating complex legislative environments, and delivering results that strengthened our nation’s security and supported our servicemembers.

This site is a place where I share insights from a lifetime of leadership — lessons learned through thousands of hours in the cockpit, countless days on Capitol Hill, and quiet moments at home that taught me what truly matters.
